At Sea, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe feels perfect, providing a seamless process for returning items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
